Korean church has sent out over 30,000 for cross-cultural mission in our days. However, we were too busy to care burnt out missionaries, as a result, there are huge number of missionaries are dropping out and get back home. This would be serious problem for the entire Korean missions. We need to take care of missionaries, not only for financial duty, but also spiritual, physical and family care. We believe that failure is not an end; it can be fixed the problem for greater purpose. For this matter, WUPM want to focus on member care for our own missionaries.
